Stiamo parlando delle cosiddette&nbsp;<strong>fatture<\/strong>&nbsp;a&nbsp;<strong>28 giorni<\/strong>.<br>A sollevare il problema, sono stati i clienti delle principali&nbsp;<strong>compagnie<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>telefoniche<\/strong>. Essi infatti, dal 2017 al 31 marzo 2018, avrebbero pagato delle bollette ogni 28 giorni, invece dei canonici 30. A finire sul banco degli imputati, aziende come&nbsp;<strong>Tim<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Wind<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Tre<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>FastWeb<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>Vodafone<\/strong>. Modificando la periodicit\u00e0 dell\u2019invio delle bollette in questione, i mesi da saldare sono diventati 13 (invece dei canonici 12), con un conseguente&nbsp;<strong>aumento delle tariffe<\/strong>&nbsp;dell\u20198,6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La buona notizia \u00e8 che sar\u00e0 possibile chiedere il&nbsp;<strong>rimborso<\/strong>. Le bollette di luce, telefono e gas sono infatti tra le&nbsp;<strong>spese<\/strong>&nbsp;che incidono maggiormente sul&nbsp;<strong>budget familiare<\/strong>, insieme alle classiche&nbsp;<strong>tasse comunali<\/strong>&nbsp;come TARI, rifiuti, tassa unica sulla casa.&nbsp;<strong>L\u2019Unione per la Difesa dei Consumatori<\/strong>&nbsp;(Udicon) \u00e8 in prima linea per effettuare consulenze, verifiche ed eventuali istanze di risarcimento nei confronti delle compagnie incriminate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anche&nbsp;<strong>l\u2019Antitrust<\/strong>&nbsp;si \u00e8 schierato a difesa dei consumatori, sanzionando per un totale di&nbsp;<strong>228 milioni di euro<\/strong>&nbsp;i 4 operatori telefonici. Il sistema, si stima, abbia colpito circa&nbsp;<strong>12 milioni di utenti<\/strong>, attraverso un\u2019intesa anticoncorrenziale e coordinando le rispettive strategie. \u201c<em>Nell\u2019imporre le sanzioni l\u2019Autorit\u00e0 ha bilanciato la necessit\u00e0 che esse abbiano&nbsp;<strong>efficacia deterrente<\/strong>&nbsp;rispetto a possibili future condotte concertate tra i suddetti operatori e, d\u2019altro canto, l\u2019esigenza che le stesse non siano ingiustificatamente afflittive<\/em>\u201d, ha evidenziato l\u2019Antitrust in una nota.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il dato \u00e8 impietoso, ma realistico.
